Tucked into the Glades Road arts-and-crafts corridor at 680 Glades Rd, Suite 3, Gatlinburg Grind pairs a coffee operation with a wedding cake service built around the small ceremonies that dominate the Smokies. All cakes come from local baker Gracie, and the lineup is sized for real elopement math: heart-shaped cakes for two for couples marrying alone, single-tier wedding cakes for smaller weddings with a handful of guests, and stacked tiered cakes from two to four tiers when the guest list justifies it, plus themed sheet groom's cakes. A few honest constraints are published up front. Fondant is not offered, fresh florals or fruit on a cake carry a surcharge, and while cake toppers are not included, structural support for a heavy topper can be added.
